Overview
DeviceGuide is an AI-enabled device-tracking mode within Philips EchoNavigator. Designed to assist clinicians during minimally invasive mitral valve repair, it tracks a compatible therapy device in live ultrasound and X-ray images and visualizes the device’s position and trajectory to support navigation.
Live image guidance
EchoNavigator fuses live 3D transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) with live X-ray (fluoroscopy) in real time. Bringing the images together in an aligned view helps the heart team see soft-tissue anatomy and devices in context. DeviceGuide builds on this image-fusion capability with AI-based tracking and visualization for valve-repair guidance.
